FOUNDER- PRESIDENT
Katalina Klein
Active in the real estate industry for the last 19 years, Katalina saw the potential to bring to market, functional, attractive and affordable spaces by repurposing shipping containers into modern living and working environments. Passionate about finding innovative solutions for the home and business owner, she founded Kubed Living which is the synthesis of her experiences in real estate, design and business. Katalina holds an MBA and a Real Estate Broker’s license.
DESIGN - OPERATIONS
Gueston Smith
Passionate about transforming repurposed shipping containers into pleasant & affordable modern living spaces, Gueston joined Kubed Living in 2019 as the lead designer & head of operations. Gueston received a bachelor's of Architecture from the University of Southern California in 2015 and brings his creativity & thoughtful design to the modern living and working environments of tomorrow.
John Auer
Johnny joined Kubed Living in early 2021. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2016 with a Bachelor's of Architecture. He spent the next four years as a custom designer and fabricator, half of those working as a CNC Machinist. Johnny draws from a wide range of talents and thoughtfully brings concepts to life.
MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Max Dier
Max joined Kubed Living in the Spring of 2018 as head of social media. In the summer of 2021 he received his MBA from UT Dallas and expanded his role to include marketing and business development . Max brings experience, creativity, and a fresh outlook to network development, consumer engagement and branding.

Samantha Dier
Samantha has been making an impact with Kubed Living since the spring of 2018. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she focused her studies on communications with the dream of working for companies that make a difference! She is currently pursuing a masters of Journalism at Northwestern University.
VISUALIZATIONS -RENDERINGS
Mustafa Majodi
Mustafa joined Kubed Living in early 2020. He brings a wealth of experience in 3D visualizations and design. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru University in Hyderabad, India.
