Step 2.

Manufacturing / Site Prep

Beginning the construction phase:

Factory construction offers many opportunities for increased efficiency and economies of scale. The production process which is optimized in a centralized and controlled environment, allows for speed of construction and decreased waste.

Speed of construction is also achieved due to site work being done concurrently to manufacturing.

In Factory:

Depending on state, local codes, and client preferences we are able to provide a 50-90% factory built home

 

60% includes:

  • Cuts / Openings 

  • Structural Reinforcements

  • Windows / Doors

  • Framing of Exterior / Interior Walls

  • Spray Foam Insulation

  • Electrical-Plumbing-Mechanical (this depends on the municipality)

      

 Sitework:

  • Grading 

  • Utilities

  • Foundation

  • Hardscape and Landscape

Delivery / Installation

Delivery:

  • Flat-Bed / Step-Deck Trucks from Factory to Site 

Installation:

  • Craned into Property
  • Installed onto Foundation
  • Welded/Bolted Together 

  • Utilities are Connected

On - Site Finishes

Interior Finishes:

All that was not done in factory:

  • Bathroom / Kitchen Installation
